Have you set a goal? and it reached a certain point and it feels like you are not motivated any more to go for it. There are highs and lows, and many times it feels easier just to give up and throw in the towel.
People that want to achieve their goals know that a large part of their chances for success boil down to their ability to get and stay motivated consistently.
When you lose your motivation, you lose the ability to achieve your goals.
Motivation makes you stay at the peak of every task you are performing. If you want to be successful someday, you need to know the following ways to get motivated.
1.Know your Why.
Once you know what you want to achieve at the end of a certain period, you need to know why you want it.
“He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.” – Friedrich Nietzsche
Whether you are an entrepreneur, an employee, a leader of a team, or are looking to find clarity on your next move, your WHY is the one constant that will guide you toward fulfillment in your work and life.
For example if you want to quit your job and start a Online business, Their may be some reasons to that.
Example of two ‘WHY’
Let me give two reasons, the first one is that you may do that because you have had that some people have done it and became successful.
The second reason is that you want to take charge of your financial and time freedom and you don’t want to work for the rest of your life and you want time to travel the world.
In the first ‘WHY’ it may not be as proper ‘WHY’ compared to the second one. Because it’s not connected to your inner most desire.
Reasons why you should have a ‘WHY’.

I always take the first step as quickly as possible because a lot of planning always ruins the spirit you have. So quit planning hours and just start doing what it takes to achieve your goals.
I am not saying that planning is not good but if you plan for weeks or month you may end up not even doing it.

You need to take a close look at the people you hang out with and start making some hard decisions.
- Are you aspiring to be like them?
- Do they share the same passion for chasing goals?

If they don’t tick any of the above, it’s time to get rid of them.
17. Take time to rest.
Sometimes working hard you need some time off from your busy schedule to reboot and to get more energy to do the work that is needed to achieve your goals.
But that doesn’t mean you take the whole month off from doing what you are supposed to be doing in order to achieve your goals.
Rest is essential to all Human Beings and its a vital role in achieving best out from yourself.
